Order Cancelation
Unless otherwise specified for particular products, we shall refund you your payment if you decide to cancel your orders within twenty four (24) hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment except for the transaction fees charged by the credit card company which is non refundable. If you decide to cancel your orders twenty four (24) hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment, we shall deduct 15% from you payment as administrative fees in addition to the transaction fees charged by the credit card company. The balance after deduction of the administrative fees and he transaction fees will be refunded to you.
ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER. WE WILL NOT REFUND YOUR PAYMENT EVEN IF YOU RETURN THE PRODUCTS TO US.

Updating Account Information
Unless otherwise stated, the products are sold "AS IS" by DigitalIman but may be accompanied by their manufacturer's standard warranties. DigitalIman sells "AS IS" products as is, where is, and with all faults, and without express or implied warranties from DigitalIman. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Products sold through DigitalIman are serviced and supported by their manufacturers in accordance with any terms and conditions packaged with the products. Prior to placing your order, you are responsible to visit the manufacturer's website to confirm that the product you intend to purchase is compatible with your system. We shall not be responsible and will not accept return of products purchased by you that are not compatible with your system configuration. If you decide to send us products to re-check or if the products are returned to us for warranty repair, all products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the products. Failure to do so may invalidate the warranty. DigitalIman will assess a 20% restocking fees on any returned products. All shipping charges to deliver products to our company are fully paid by you - we will not refund shipping costs at any case. Please allow up to five (5) business days for our technician team to check out your returned products. If the products are found NOT DEFECTIVE, we shall return the products to you and you shall bear the shipping costs in addition to the testing fees of US25 charged by us. If the products are found to be DEFECTIVE and the products are covered under the manufacturer's warranties, the defective products will be repaired by the manufacturers and the repaired products will be shipped out to you by airmail express. If you wish to choose DHL or Fedex to receive your repaired products quicker, please inform us - in this way we will calculate the cost for you (for products that do not come with free shipping only). NOTE: We shall not be responsible for products that are damaged during shipment or due to misuse/abuse by the customer/shipping carrier. If the warranty seal or sticker of the products are broken or have been tampered with, the products will no longer have any warranty and the manufacturers will no longer be liable for the repair or replacement of your products. NOTE: The manufacturers shall only be held responsible for warranty boxes which are purchased directly from our website with an order number. If you have purchased your products from a reseller who has purchased from us, then contact your reseller as your reseller is the one responsible for your warranty box, not us.

Custom Rights
The customer who purchases the products is responsible for paying these customs rights, and of the possible paperwork involved. The price of the products sold is in USD and it doesn't include taxes (VAT). Customers are required to keep close track on their packages. If there is any delay in receiving a package, you will need to contact the designated courier services agency or immediately inform Ipmart in order to ascertain the reason for the delay. We will not be responsible or liable if the package is shipped back to us, damaged or confiscated due to problems with custom clearance. Therefore, please check with your country's custom for their specific custom laws. We will not be responsible or liable for damaged packages or those shipped back to us in the event that the designated courier service fail after several attempts to deliver your package(s) due to your absence to collect the package(s) from the given destination address. The responsibility of the seller stops when the product has been shipped off to the address specified by the customer. It is clear however, that we will do our best to help you in getting your product out of customs if additional proof of sale or of value is needed.
